Heena Sindhi, MPT (Ortho-Physiotherapy), is a Registered Physiotherapist specializing in orthopaedics with 13 years of clinical experience across outpatient, inpatient, and ortho-rehabilitation settings. She is certified in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, and Cupping, and is an authorized Assistive Device Program provider in Ontario.

Having treated roughly 1,300-1,400 patients, Heena consistently achieves measurable gains in function, pain reduction, and quality of life. In 2026 she and her husband founded Symphony Physiotherapy to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care. Her approach blends advanced manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and modern modalities to restore mobility and foster long-term independence.

Elena, Receptionist & Client Care Coordinator at Symphony Physiotherapy, holds a Bachelor's degree from Mexico and brings strong knowledge of rehabilitation, patient care, and wellness. She is dedicated to supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, managing scheduling and communications, and delivering excellent customer service.

Elena creates a welcoming, comfortable experience for every visitor. Outside of work she enjoys painting, gardening, hiking, and lifelong learning.

Krystle joins Symphony Physiotherapy with hands-on experience from a previous physiotherapy clinic. As our Receptionist and Client Care Coordinator, she delivers attentive, organized front-desk support, manages patient scheduling and communications, and ensures smooth clinic operations.

Krystle is committed to creating a warm, professional environment and providing excellent patient service. Outside work she enjoys boating and family ATV outings.
